The Leetonia Community Public Library holds regular book sales in the spring and summer in the Annex building behind the library, selling the library's discarded items that are in decent shape and donated items that were not added to the library's collections. All proceeds go directly to the library.
Donations for the book sale are accepted throughout the year. Any books in decent condition are accepted, with the exception of text books and encyclopedias. The library reserves the right to decide if an item will go into the book sale or be added to the library's collections.

- Adult Paperbacks - $0.50
- Children's Hardbacks - $0.50
- Children's Paperbacks - $0.25
