Join the Leetonia Public Library August 16th for a local author visit. Phillip Suarez, Youngstown native and Salem resident, will read an except from one of his books and provide publishing tips during his visit.

He will also be selling his books, The Last Prayer and Skating in the Moon Shadows.

Come join us for music, movement, story time, and free play every Wednesday! This play group is suited for little folks up to kindergarten age, but children of all ages are welcome to join in the fun. A healthy snack will be provided, we hope to see you here!

Come join us as we explore the prehistoric world of dinosaurs and learn how fossils are made! Then enjoy your fantastic take home box that includes a fossil making kit, fossil-themed experiments, activity book, links to learning resources online and ticket for free admission to COSI! This program is suitable for school-aged children but all are welcome. We hope to see you here!

It's officially autumn and animals everywhere are making the decision to Snack, Snooze, or Skedaddle! Join us as we learn about how animals spend their autumn getting ready to hibernate, migrate, or stay put for the winter. The stories, crafts, and hands-on displays are best suited for preschool to school aged children, but all are welcome. We can't wait to see you here!

Like to follow the plan to a T? Or do you enjoy a spontaneous build that looks like nothing else? Everything is awesome when you come build Legos and friendships at the library! This is an free-play group and is open to anyone who would like to participate. We can't wait to see what you build!

Bring your stuffiest stuffy, softest sweater, or most bountiful blanket and cuddle in for some good books with Samantha! This story time is designed for children of school age or those who can sit and listen as well as participate in storytelling. Coloring, crafts, and Legos will be in the story time room for little people with antsy feet!

Join us for this special program to learn what makes creepy, crawly bugs so special, (and NOT spooky!) The stories, games, crafts, snacks, and yes, specimens (eek!) are appropriate for little folks of all ages. We hope you can join us!  

Join us at the library as Dungeon Master Nichole from Nerdy Necessities leads a campaign of epic proportions through the world of Dungeons and Dragons! Players of all experience levels welcome, but this campaign is geared toward beginner players. Player handbooks, character sheets, and dice will be provided for players who do not yet have these items. Let the adventure begin!

Nothing says autumn quite like decorating pumpkins, sipping cider, and snuggling up with a good book. Join us for all three at the library! Story time around noon is geared toward preschool and school aged children, but all are welcome to join in the festivities! Registration required.

Did you know that in Ohio it is illegal to get a fish drunk? Come learn more silly laws, invent your own, listen to some stories and get a chance to vote on our November Movie Night selection! This special program is suitable for children preschool and older but all are welcome, we hope to see you here!
